摘要
在溶剂萃取法生产精制磷酸时,各个环节会产生品质迥异的酸相和酯相,其中硫酸根含量是关键指标.试验研究了硫酸根的准确快速检测方法,并与精密度试验结果进行比较,力求解决精制磷酸生产实际问题,为同行业生产企业和科研院所提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
In the production of purified phosphoric acid by solvent extraction,acid and ester phases of different quality will be produced in the process,among which sulfate content is the key indicator.The accurate and rapid test method of sulfate is studied,and compared with the precision test results,and the practical problems of purified phosphoric acid production are studied,so as to provide insights and references for peer producers and research insti-tutes in the same industry.
