摘要
磷石膏基抹灰砂浆基本性能研究是磷石膏规模化资源利用的热点之一.试验考察了缓凝剂对磷石膏基抹灰砂浆基本力学性能的影响,结果显示:采用不同配方制备的抹灰砂浆的凝结时间和强度均满足标准要求;随着缓凝剂添加量的增加,抹灰砂浆的凝结时间增长,强度降低;不同种类、不同厂家的缓凝剂缓凝效果均不相同.该研究结果可为磷石膏基抹灰砂浆制备提供技术支撑.
Abstract
The research on the basic properties of phosphogypsum-based plastering mortar is one of the hot topics of large-scale resource utilization of phosphogypsum.The effect of retarder on the basic mechanical properties of phosphogypsum-based plastering mortar is examined,and the results show that the setting time and strength of the plastering mortar prepared by different formulas meet the standard requirements.With the increase of the amount of re-tarder,the setting time of the plastering mortar increases and the strength decreases.The retarding effect of retarder is different for different types and man-ufacturers.The results of this study can provide technical support for the preparation of phosphogypsum-based plastering mortar.
