摘要

针对某冶炼厂湿法氨浸分银—水合肼沉银—银转炉吹炼除杂工艺存在的严重环境污染问题,试验采用亚钠分银—甲醛还原工艺从分金渣中回收银,对比分析了甲醛直接还原和甲醛间接还原两种工艺的优缺点,认为采用亚硫酸钠分银—分银液破络合—氯化银氧化酸浸除杂—甲醛还原氯化银工艺代替原生产工艺,可提高系统稳定性和粗银粉的质量,每年可为企业增加效益至少 138.69 万元.

Abstract

In view of the serious environmental pollution problem in the wet ammonia leaching separation of silver separation-hydrazine hydrate precipita-tion-silver rotary furnace smeltering impurity removal process in a smelter,the experiment employs sodium sulfite silver separation-formaldehyde reduction process to recover silver from gold slag,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two processes of formaldehyde direct reduction and formaldehyde indi-rect reduction are compared and examined.It is concluded that the sodium sulfite silver separation-silver separation solution complex breaking-silver chlo-ride oxidation leaching impurity removal-formaldehyde reduction of silver chloride process replaces the original production process,it can improve the sta-bility of the system and the quality of coarse silver powder,and can increase the benefits of the enterprise by at least 1.3869 million yuan per year.
