Optimization of Dihydrate Wet Phosphoric Acid Filtration Process
The performance of dihydrate wet phosphoric acid filtration and washing is related to the production load and phosphorus recovery,and is also the key constraint for the improvement of extraction production capacity.The research findings show that in the process of slurry filtration,by increasing the temperature and reducing the acid concentration it can improve the filtration strength of the slurry,and by increasing the vacuum degree it can increase the filtration strength,and by adjusting the distribution mode of washing water it can reduce the water-soluble phosphorus content in gypsum to a certain ex-tent.
