摘要

针对净化湿法磷酸采用传统间歇式中和法生产工业级磷酸二氢铵,存在产品细粉比例大、晶体大小不均匀、流动性差、易结块等问题,分析了 2 种传统间歇式生产技术存在的问题,阐述了连续结晶工艺原理和生产流程,分析了产品的粒度分布情况,认为连续结晶生产工艺可有效降低产品粉料比例,改善产品晶体外观,提高产品品质.

Abstract

In view of the problems of large proportion of fine powder,uneven crystal size,poor fluidity and easy agglomeration of the product,the prob-lems existing in the two traditional batch production technologies are analyzed,the principle and production process of continuous crystallization process are presented,the particle size distribution of the product is analyzed,and it is believed that the continuous crystallization production process can effec-tively reduce the proportion of product powder,improve the appearance of product crystals and improve product quality.
