摘要
筒仓作为连续生产流程物流链中的中间缓冲及存储设备,其填充、储存和卸料过程对保证生产流程的正常运行至关重要.总结了筒仓内物料流动过程中容易产生的各种问题,分析了这些问题产生的原因和机理,并针对这些问题提出了料仓优化设计要点,为料仓的连续、可靠运行提供保障.
Abstract
As an intermediate buffer and storage equipment in the logistics chain of continuous production process,the loading,storage and unloading processes of silos are essential to ensure the normal operation of the production process.The various problems that are likely to occur in the process of mate-rial flow in the silo are summarized,the causes and mechanisms of these problems are analyzed,and key considerations of silo optimization design for these problems are proposed,so as to provide guarantee for the continuous and reliable operation of the silo.
