化工、冶金等行业生产过程中产生的酸性污泥,有害物质和水含量较高,利用率较低,堆存压力大.以某企业产生的酸性污泥为研究对象,分析了其来源和特性,采用高温、高压工艺对其进行了预处理试验,考察了反应条件和预处理后酸性污泥的特性变化,探索有效降低酸性污泥含水率的最优反应条件,以实现酸性污泥的减排及提高其利用率,为该类固体废弃物的处置提供参考.
The acid sludge produced in the production process of chemical,metallurgical and other industries comes with high content of harmful sub-stances and water,low utilization rate and high storage challenge.Taking the acid sludge produced by an enterprise as the research topic,the source and characteristics of the sludge are analyzed,the pretreatment test is carried out by high temperature and high pressure process,the reaction conditions and the changes of the characteristics of the acid sludge after pretreatment are examined,and the optimal reaction conditions to effectively reduce the moisture content of the acid sludge are explored,so as to achieve the emission reduction and improve the utilization rate of the acid sludge,and provide reference for the disposal of this kind of solid waste.
