Improving and Perfecting the System of High-Level Socialist Market Economy
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that a high-level market economic system is an important guarantee for Chinese modernization.One of the important characteristics of a high-level market economic system is to es-tablish a perfect and sound institutional system,in which the basic system of the market economy as a"general system"is the cornerstone of the operation of the market economic system with Chinese characteristics,the basic socialist economic system as a"special system"is the fundamental guaran-tee of the market economic system with Chinese characteristics,and several important institutions of socialist economy as the"individual systems"are the key support for the efficiency of the market e-conomy with Chinese characteristics.The study believes that it is necessary to continuously improve the basic system of the market economy,focus on consolidating the basic socialist economic system,and improve the important institutions of the socialist market economy.
