Human civilization is undergoing a multifaceted,three-dimensional and panoramic transformation as a result of the deep development of digital and intelligent technologies.On the basis of the continuous intelligentization,social attention has shown a remarkable emergence,differentia-tion and expansion,and has been constantly creating a different modern prospect.Being obviously shaped,influenced and constructed,social attention is no longer limited to a psychological and phys-iological behavior,but a complex social behavior,showing marked features of growing resource at-tributes,improved allocation mechanisms and complex influence.Along with the modern turn of da-ta,resources and socialization,social attention is now facing the risk of disorientation,such as the deepening of compartmentalization that hinders the development of public spirit,the fragmentation that weakens the transmission of mainstream values,the change in the order that induces imbalance in the discourse structure and manipulations that intensify the ideological struggle.To this end,it is necessary to ensure the standardization and effectiveness of social attention in the age of digital intel-ligence through maintaining the moderate tension in the allocation of social attention,being alert to the data masking of social attention allocation,preventing undesirable manipulation of social attention allocation,and deepening the guidance in social attention allocation.
