The Digital-Intelligent Path of Assistance for Low-Income Population in China
Digital intelligence is not only the foundation of significantly improving the informati-zation,refinement,and intelligence level of China's social security,but also a powerful tool to im-prove the status quo of low-income people and achieve common prosperity.Its role in the moderniza-tion of the national governance system and governance capabilities is becoming increasingly promi-nent.After three stages of leaps and bounds from"pilot construction"to"popularization and promo-tion"to"shaping and improvement",the transformation of digital intelligence of assistance for low-income population is being improved along with the progress of the basic livelihood system.In the new era,we should target at building a digital intelligence platform driven by artificial intelligence,make full use of its integration advantages to create"risk sensing tentacles","information nerve center"and"digital governance brain"for assistance,and comprehensively improve the identifica-tion,monitoring,early warning and regular assistance of low-income population through innovations in data,algorithms,and computing power to enhance the interconnection,agility,efficiency,and collaborative capabilities of the system.It is recommended that efforts should be made to systemati-cally plan Chinese solutions of digital and intelligent transformation,makes full use of technological empowerment to cope with modern family risks,actively address the pain points in the process of dig-ital intelligence construction,and use technological empowerment to promote all the people to share the dividends of economic and technological progress.
