Ontology Exploration and Method Construction:On National Institutional Security from the Perspective of Institutional Philosophy
National institutional security not only requires active practice and sufficient action, but also requires philosophical questioning and reflection, and the establishment of a reasonable cognitive system.Among the philosophical possibilities of national institutional security, the institutional philosophy which reveals the institutional meta-problem can provide a scientific epis-temological basis for exploring national institutional security. From the perspective of institutional philosophy, the dialectical unity of stability and change, subjective and objective, part and whole, order and freedom, openness and purpose, structure and function constitutes the ontological content of national institutional security.Under the guidance ofepistemology and the provisions of ontology, the methodological framework of national institutional security should be constructed from the dimensions of value, subject, ontology, process and environment,so as to promote the emergence of national institutional security capabilities.
