Empowering High-Quality Industrial Development through the Business Environment:Influencing Factors and Improvement Paths
The business environment is a key driver for high-quality industrial development.To clarify the causal relationship between the business environment and high-quality industrial devel-opment,an index system is constructed based on system theory and configurational perspective,and empirical analysis is carried out using fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis.The business en-vironment significantly enhances high-quality industrial development.The main influencing paths are"government efficiency and market fairness"and"government care",with noticeable regional het-erogeneity.Therefore,policy-making should consider factors such as factor endowment,economic development level,openness and institutional environment to form targeted regional development strategies and promote high-quality industrial development.
