An Integrative Analysis on the High-Quality and Well-Balanced Development of Compulsory Education in County-Level Areas:Application Based on the Framework of Institutional Analysis and Development
The high-quality and well-balanced development of compulsory education in country-level areas is a systematic project,and its level of development is closely connected with the county's economic and social conditions,relevant rules and regulations of education,participants and their action strategies,as well as evaluation criteria.However,existing research lacks an integrated analysis of these complex elements.Therefore,it is essential to construct an integrated analysis framework for the high-quality and well-balanced development of compulsory education in county-level areas by adopting the"general terms"of institutional analysis and development framework.This approach integrates relevant variables of the reform of compulsory education within the county from the aspects of exogenous variables,operational mechanisms,reform results,and evaluation criteria,and clarifies interactions among these variables.It is beneficial to the overall design of the high-quality and well-balanced development of compulsory education in county-level areas,and to static and dynamic analyses of the situation.This will help improve the explanatory and predictive power for related issues in the development process,refine development mechanisms and policies,and achieve the goal of the high-quality and well-balanced development of compulsory education in county-level areas to a larger extent and a higher level.
