The Intrinsic Mechanism,Realistic Limitation and Breakthrough Approach of Promoting Common Prosperity through New Quality Productive Forces
New quality productive forces are the advanced ones with strong resilience and vigorous vitality,and they have an irreplaceable role in empowering the substantive progress of common prosperity.Internally,new quality productive forces provide new production factors and methods,as well as new development momentums for promoting common prosperity.However,there are also practical limitations such as unbalanced benefits,skill bias and the"field effect"fatigue.The spatial heterogeneity of value of data elements,the skill premium due to changes in production modes and the gradient differences of the innovation ecosystem will further widen the income gap between urban and rural areas,industries and regions.To break through the limits of promoting common prosperity through the implementation of new quality productive forces,it is necessary to facilitate the circulation of factors and improve the mechanism for the co-construction and sharing of data elements in urban-rural integration,to adjust skill bias and optimize the labor supply structure that meets the needs of digital transformation and development of industries,as well as to build a linkage system and create a collaborative and integrated innovation ecosystem through various measures.
