阿瑞吉的中国特色斯密主义论辨析

根据阿瑞吉的论证,明清时代和当代的中国走的都是"自然的"非资本主义市场发展道路,不仅践行了斯密主义,更证明了斯密理论的正确性,所以"亚当·斯密在北京"。但是,作为这种论证前提的那个斯密并不存在。这种论证既没有将当代中国与明清时代的中国区分开来,也没能合理地解释为什么"全球政治经济中心从北美向东亚转移",为什么当代中国能成为"东亚经济复兴的领导者"。按照马克思和恩格斯的观点,中国依靠小农业与家庭手工业相结合而存在的传统社会经济结构,必然被资本主义生产方式打破从而被"卷入文明之中"。中国共产党、中国特色社会主义、中国化时代化的马克思主义使中国得以实现跨越式发展。所以,不是"亚当·斯密在北京",而是马克思恩格斯在中国。
An Disambiguation of Arrighi's View of Smithism with Chinese Characteristics
According to Arrighi,both the Ming and Qing Dynasties and contemporary China follow a"natural"non-capitalist market development path,which has not only practiced Smithism,but also proved its correctness.Therefore,the view of"Adam Smith in Beijing"occurs.However,the so-called Smith,as the premise of this argument,does not exist.This argument neither distinguishes contemporary China from the nation during the Ming and Qing Dynasties,nor can it reasonably explain why"the global political and economic center has shifted from North America to East Asia"and why contemporary China can become"a leader in the economic revival of East Asia".According to Marx and Engels,China's traditional socio-economic structure that relies on the combination of small-scale agriculture and the household industry is inevitably disrupted by the capitalist mode of production and thus drawn into civilization.The Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics and Marxism adapted a to the Chinese context and the needs of the times have enabled China to achieve leapfrog development.In other words,it is not"Adam Smith in Beijing",but Marx and Engels in China.
