"0到1"产业的工程生态催化机理研究

当前,新技术革命催生新的发展动能,深刻地改变了世界经济和社会结构.面对新一轮科技革命和产业变革蓬勃兴起,中国为应对"0到1"产业衍生机制进行顶层设计,抓住新产业革命爆发的机遇.原有传统的技术范式和创新范式难以充分适应新时代新技术产业化的机理,工程生态作为一种新的认知范式和思维范式,强调开源性、系统性、生态性、开放性和协同性,能够有效理解、分析和回答发展中遇到的新问题.因此,本文立足工程生态范式,认识和分析新产业革命,深入探究"0到1"产业催化机制,阐述"0到1"产业生态发展和演化过程,进而总结"0到1"产业原创的工程生态的特征和发展路径,最后设计有效贯通的新技术产业化体系架构,坚持创新链、产业链、人才链、政策链一体部署,构建多元协同创新的"0到1"产业的工程生态,以期为推进新技术产业化、切实提升科技创新能力提供参考.
Research on the Engineering Ecosystem Evolution Mechanism of"0 to 1"Industries
Currently,the new industrial revolution has given birth to new development momentum,which is profoundly changing the world economy and social structure.Faced with a new round of technological revolution and booming industrial transformation,China should seize the development opportunities of new industrial revolution and cultivate"0 to 1"industries by top-level design.The existing traditional technology paradigm and innovation paradigm can hardly be adapted to the innovation mechanism of new technology industrialization of the times.The engineering ecological paradigm,as a new cognitive and thinking paradigm,featuring open-source,systematicity,ecology,openness and synergy,can effectively contribute to understanding,analyzing,and answering new problems in the development.Therefore,this article is based on the engineering ecology paradigm to analyze the new industrial revolution,deeply explore the cultivation mechanism of"0 to 1"industries,elaborate on the development and evolution process of the"0 to 1"industry ecology,and then summarize the original characteristics and development path of the"0 to 1"industry ecosystem.Finally,it proposes to construct a new technology industrialization system architecture,which adheres to the integrated deployment of innovation chain,industrial chain,talent chain and policy chain.The aim is to build a"0 to 1"industry ecosystem with diversified collaborative innovation so that references are provided for promoting the industrialization of new technologies and effectively enhancing technological innovation capabilities.
