Local Construction of Digital Resilience of Green Innovative Talents from the Perspective of Employment Ecology
The implementation of the"dual carbon"strategy urgently requires green and innovative development.Therefore,high-quality and full employment of green innovative talents provides important guarantees.As an innovation-driven engine,digital technology not only empowers the realization of innovative value,but also brings new challenges to the cultivation of digital resilience of innovative talents.Digital resilience can to some extent reduce the damage caused by digital risks and help individuals better adapt to digital life.Based on the Grounded Theory,the connotation of digital resilience of green talents is analyzed.Four dimensions and 12 constructs responsive to risks are proposed,including digital psychological resilience,digital behavioral resilience,digital technological resilience,and digital environmental resilience,and the connotation element model of"digital psychological resilience → autonomous resilience","digital behavioral resilience →autonomous resilience","digital technological resilience → cultivating resilience",and"digital environmental resilience → governance resilience"is built,jointly promoting the development of digital resilience.From the perspective of employment ecosystem theory,various factors such as individuals,schools,and society all have varying degrees of impact on digital resilience,enabling individuals to form resilience to respond to risks and challenges in the green digital environment.Based on the impact of the current employment ecosystem on the employment of green and innovative talents,suggestions are proposed to promote the construction of digital resilience and further promote the high-quality and full employment of such talents,thereby promoting the implementation of the"dual carbon"strategy.
