Research on Artificial Intelligence Risks and Governance from the Perspective of Technological Phenomenology
Artificial intelligence,especially strong artificial intelligence,sparks an interactive relationship between human and technology.The four intentional relationships of embodiment,interpretation,otherness,and backgrounding among human,technology and the world in technological phenomenology have undergone changes and alienation,impacting the status of human as the subject of technology.At the same time,it contains inherent risks of body emptiness,interpretation obscuration,competition from others,and civilization disorder.Grasping the intentional relationship among human,technology and the world has become a new approach and perspective for risk management in artificial intelligence,which helps to improve the governance path of artificial intelligence technology and principles,and promotes good governance to become an endogenous quality of machine behavior.
