National Perspective on Disruptive Technology:Its Origins,Main Concepts,and Application
Disruptive technologies are seen as revolutionary forces that can fundamentally alter the status quo and reshape the future global landscape,playing a crucial role in asymmetric national strategies.A macro and strategic interpretation of the concept(disruptive technology)from a national perspective is of great significance for the era.First,this paper traces the formation of the national perspective on disruptive technology from multiple dimensions.Specifically,it delves into the historical link between disruptive technologies,Kondratiev waves,and the emergence of leading scientific and technological superpowers.It also examines the strategic application of disruptive technologies in driving transformative innovation in major countries,as well as the theoretical sources of the concept by tracing the strategic context of technology changes in which a national perspective has been established.Then,this paper investigates and summarizes the essence,core elements and the framework of the national perspective on disruptive technologies,clarifying the direction and position of disruptive technology as"vision-driven,demand-oriented,technology breakthrough,and world landscape reshaping".Finally,drawing on China's experience in mobilizing resources at a national level,the paper identifies key types and strategies for implementing a national strategy based on disruptive technologies.
