协同推进大运河国家文化公园治理法治化,是建好用好国家文化公园的应有之义和必由之路.要在明确大运河国家文化公园治理目标的前提下,立足大运河这个线性的复杂时空体系载体,厘清法治短板,推动全流域、跨地区、多部门的协同立法、协同执法、协同司法,保障实现大运河文化保护传承利用.
Abstract
To effectively develop and utilize the Grand Canal National Culture Park,it is essential to promote the rule of law in its management through collaborative efforts.On the premise of understanding the objectives of the Grand Canal National Culture Park management,we should also realize that the Grand Canal-a complex spatial system-serves as the cornerstone for addressing the legal deficiencies and strengthening coordination mechanism in legislation,law enforcement,and justice across regions and multiple departments within the river basin.This approach aims to safeguard,preserve,and appropriately utilize the cultural heritage of the Grand Canal.
