ChatGPT作为人工智能领域具有里程碑意义的产品之一,其演进轨迹和技术特征生动呈现了当今时代人工智能发展的前沿态势,深刻揭示了科技推进意识形态传播的全新图景.然而,这一过程亦伴随着技术垄断、算法黑箱和信息茧房等风险,这些风险将对国家意识形态安全构成冲击,引发意识形态偏见,并弱化主流意识形态在公众引导上的影响力.要解决这些问题,需加强核心技术研发,确保国家意识形态安全;实施严格算法规制,消除潜在意识形态偏见;同时,破除信息茧房,拓宽公民认知视野,共同维系意识形态领域的和谐稳定与健康发展.
Abstract
ChatGPT,one of the landmark products in the field of artificial intelligence,vividly presents the frontier trend of AI development in today's era through its evolution trajectory and technical characteristics,profoundly revealing a new landscape of technology propelling the spread of ideologies.However,this process is also accompanied by risks such as technological monopoly,algorithm black box,and information cocoons,which may pose a threat to national ideological security,risk inciting ideological biases,and could potentially diminish the influence of mainstream ideologies in guiding public opinion.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research and development of core technologies to ensure national ideological security.Besides,implementing stringent algorithmic regulations to mitigate potential ideological biases,while simultaneously breaking down information cocoons to widen citizens'cognitive landscapes are also essential,thus we can collaboratively foster an environment of harmony,stability,and healthy ideological development.
