Along with the consumption upgrading in our country,the output of kitchen waste has been increasing year by year,and the development of its treatment technology and resources is highly valued by the country and the society.This paper introduces the source and output analysis of kitchen waste.Take-out catering waste and large party catering waste are the factors that increase the output of kitchen waste in recent years.According to the analysis of the development trend of food kitchen waste research,the related research on food kitchen waste can be divided into three stages:the germination stage(2002-2007),the rapid growth stage(2008-2010)and the stable development stage(2011-2022).The national policy and fund support may be the important driving force of the research on food kitchen waste in China.This paper reviews the development of kitchen waste treatment technology,from the early traditional treatment method,to the early resource treatment method,to the current period of energy treatment method,elaborated the various technical principles,applicable conditions,advantages and disadvantages of kitchen waste treatment methods in different periods,as well as the current period of kitchen waste treatment industry pain points and the future development trend of kitchen waste.
