The enterprises emergency responses proposal management system is an important part of the environmental emergency management systems.The environmental departments in our country have published several enterprises emergency responses proposal management regulations and technical standards,which provides policy and technical guidance to take control of the enterprises environment risks and enforce the management of enterprises emergency responses.However,with the development of technology,some new problems appeared in the implementation of environmental emergency plan management systems in enterprises,combined the current management system and its implementation situation,to discuss and put forward relevant countermeasures,and constantly promote the improvement of the environmental emergency responses proposal system.
