Compared with the traditional pollution control mode,the third-party environmental pollution control can effectively improve the effectiveness of pollution control,centralized supervision of pollution control,and it is conducive to the development of environmental protection industry.However,the development time of the third-party governance model in China is relatively short,and it is still faced with the dilemma of the lack of relevant legislation,unclear division of responsibilities,loopholes in the supervision mechanism and imperfect supporting system.It is proposed that should improve legislation on third-party governance,clarify the distribution of responsibilities between polluters and pollution-control enterprises,improve supervision mechanisms and supporting systems to optimize the third-party governance of environmental pollution.
