餐厨垃圾两级分选工艺优化试验研究

两级分选工艺为目前餐厨垃圾预处理的主流工艺,该工艺具有含杂率低、处理能力大等优势,对现有的二级分选系统进行工艺优化和改进,结果表明:大物质分选机转速与分选料的占比呈正比关系,从有机质损失率和浆液含杂率上优选转速为95 r/min,筛网孔径为5 cm;精分选机上加装喷淋装置可以洗去精分选料上的有机质和油脂,提高了资源化利用率和油脂利用率.
The two-stage sorting process is the mainstream process of food waste pretreatment,which has the advantages of low impurity rate and large processing capacity.Optimizes and improves the existing secondary sorting system,the results show that the speed of the large substance sorter is proportional to the proportion of sorting material,and the optimal speed is 95 r/min and the screen aperture is 5 cm from the organic matter loss rate and slurry impurity rate.The spray device installed on the fine sorting machine can wash away the organic matter and grease on the fine sorting material,improve resource utilization and grease utilization.
