为建立健全监测预警监控体系,强化自动监测数据的执法应用,参照国家及行业标准研制挥发性有机物(TVOC)超标预警自动采样留样系统.通过对比分析现有的监测预警设备,明确了 TVOC排放超标预警自动采样留样系统的设计目标和设计架构,并将产品化的系统应用于监测布点和预警,进而为环境监测非现场执法提供更加准确、科学的依据.
In order to establish and improve the monitoring and early warning monitoring system,strengthen the law enforcement application of automatic monitoring data,a total volatile organic compounds(TVOC)excessive warning automatic sampling and retention system is developed with reference to national and industry standards.Through comparative analysis of the existing monitoring and early warning equipment,the design goal and design structure of the TVOC emission exceeding the standard early warning automatic sampling and retention system are clarified,and the productized system is applied to the monitoring sites deployment and early warning,so as to provide a more accurate and scientific basis for environmental monitoring off-site law enforcement.
