纳米碳酸钙是一种优良的填料,广泛应用于塑料、造纸、涂料、化学建材等行业.研究了以石灰石、无烟煤为主要原料煅烧生产氧化钙,碳化法生产纳米碳酸钙项目,在工程分析基础上,确定了该项目生产过程中主要产排污点及主要污染物,并依据相关环保政策及技术要求,提出了相应可行的环境污染防治措施,所有污染物均可实现达标排放及妥善处理处置,并提出了相关的建议.
Nano CaCO3 is an excellent filler,widely used in plastics,paper making,coating,chemical building materials and other industries.The project uses limestone and anthracite as the main raw materials to produce CaO,through the carbonation process to produce nano-CaCO3.On the basis of engineering analysis,the main production and discharge points and the main pollutants produced in the production process of the project were determined.According to the relevant environmental protection policies and technical requirements,the corresponding feasible measures for prevention and control of environmental pollution are put forward.All pollutants can be discharged up to the standard,properly treated and disposed of,and related suggestions and considerations are put forward.
