江苏省高速公路声屏障降噪效果影响因素研究

摘要

选择江苏省高速公路已建设的48段声屏障作为研究对象,通过声屏障插入损失值检测和现场调查,研究声屏障材料、破损程度对于其降噪效果的影响,结果显示:吸声材料降噪效果平均能够提高2 dB左右,吸声屏体内非金属填充物降噪效果持久性不如金属填充物;隔声屏体的差异性对声屏障降噪效果的影响较小;声屏障发生破损对降噪效果影响较大,其中夹胶安全玻璃爆裂会对声屏障降噪效果产生约1.2 dB的损失,屏体松动对于声屏障降噪效果的影响可达到5 dB以上;综合考虑成本及养护难度,声屏障隔声屏体建议使用亚克力板,吸声屏体面板建议使用铝合金板.

Abstract

The 48 sections of sound barriers that have been built on expressways in Jiangsu Province are selected as the objects.Through the detection of insertion loss value of sound barriers and field investigation,the impact of sound barrier materials and damage degree on their noise reduction effect is studied,and suggestions on sound absorption and insulation materials for sound barriers in Jiangsu Province are put forward.The conclusions are as follows:the noise reduction effect of sound absorption materials can increase by about 2 dB on average,and the durability of noise reduction effect of non-metallic fillers in the sound absorption screen is not as good as that of metal fillers;The difference in sound insulation screens has a relatively small impact on the noise reduction effect of the sound barrier;The damage of the sound barrier has a significant impact on noise reduction,with the bursting of laminated safety glass causing a loss of approximately 1.2 dB in the noise reduction effect of the sound barrier.Looseness of the screen body can reduce the noise reduction effect of the sound barrier by more than 5 dB;Considering the overall cost and maintenance difficulty,it is recommended to use acrylic panels for the sound barrier insulation screen,and aluminum alloy panels for the sound absorption screen.
