The traditional sanitation system and backward service supply mode restrict the supply efficiency of garbage classification services in rural communities,and the effective application of digital technology is a necessary means to improve the quality of rural garbage classification service supply.Based on the case of Fenghuang Town,Linzi District,Zibo City,Shandong Province using the digital platform for source treatment of domestic waste,this study explores the internal mechanism and implementation path of digital empowerment in concept update,resource integration,and process reengineering in rural communities to stimulate supply and demand,reduce costs,and reconstruct rights and responsibilities,so as to achieve supply-demand matching,balanced differences,and green ecological high-quality garbage classification services.
