生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的选址大部分远离城市市区,从而导致取水排水困难.合理利用污废水,提高用水效率,实现生活垃圾发电厂污废水"零排放"尤为重要.以临沂兰山某生活垃圾焚烧发电项目为实例,对污废水处理系统及"零排放"的水平衡图、经济效益、社会效益以及水质等方面进行分析,明确了污废水"零排放"对生活垃圾焚烧发电项目的重要性.污废水"零排放"需要结合生活垃圾焚烧厂内各工艺环节用水量和用水水质情况,高效利用各种污废水.优化生活垃圾焚烧厂的工艺,形成一套符合其自身的水平衡图,从而达到污废水"零排放"目的.
Most of the sites of domestic waste incineration power plants are far away from urban areas,which leads to difficulties in water intake and drainage.Therefore,it is particularly important to make reasonable use of waste water,improve the efficiency of water use in the plant,and realize"zero discharge"of waste water in the domestic waste power plant.Taking a domestic waste incineration power generation project in Lanshan of Linyi city as an example,the paper analyzes the water balance diagram,economic benefit,social benefit and water quality of the waste water treatment system and"zero discharge",and makes clear the importance of"zero discharge"of waste water to the solid waste incineration power generation project.The"zero discharge"of waste water needs to combine the water consumption and water quality of each process link in the plant,and make efficient use of all kinds of waste water.Optimize the process in the plant,form a set of water balance diagram in line with its own,so as to achieve the purpose of"zero discharge"of waste water.
