Based on the analysis of the long-term goals of ecological protection,high-quality development and carbon peaking carbon neutrality in the Tuojiang river basin,reconstruct the economic development pattern of the basin,promote the comprehensive green transformation,green and low-carbon energy development and industrial structure optimization and adjustment in the Tuojiang River basin.This paper systematically discusses the population economic development status,total carbon emission and industry structure and other basic conditions of carbon peaking carbon neutrality in the Tuojiang river basin,it is found that there are practical difficulties in promoting carbon peaking carbon neutrality in the Tuojiang river basin,such as insufficient participation of social subjects and relative lagging energy conservation and emission reduction technology level,etc.Finally,this paper puts forward five ways to jointly promote the goal of carbon peak carbon neutrality in the Tuojiang river basin,in order to provide reference for relevant decision-making.
