This paper describes the present situation of land use for construction of a proposed development plot,and mainly introduces the data collection,personnel interview,site survey,Google Image,present situation detection and other key work contents of soil pollution investigation of construction land.It is clarified that the plot is uncontaminated,there is no need to carry out a detailed investigation and risk assessment of the objective conclusions,to maximize the solution of enterprises and residents worry about,to ensure the safety of the land construction site soil environment.
