This paper discussed the current situation on the prevention and control of cooking fume pollution in Nanjing,introduced the objects and measures for preventing and controlling cooking fumes,and analyzed the characteristics of cooking fume pollution.The existing problems in the quality and cleaning of cooking oil fumes purification equipment,and the primary supervision were sorted out.The suggestions were proposed from clarifying enterprise quantity,promoting research and communication,strengthening scientific and technological support,perfecting collaborative governance,and intensifying publicity.
