基于DPSIR模型构建的指标体系,采用熵权法和综合指数评价法对广东省新能源汽车产业政策开展了高质量发展水平评价分析.结果表明:"驱动力"因素对产业高质量发展贡献度最大,与广东省新能源汽车产业政策关注的产品生产和推广应用重点内容符合;2016-2020年,广东省新能源汽车产业高质量发展综合指数由0.211 7上升至0.713 2,表征状态由"偏差"等级提升至"良好"等级,政策实施显著推动产业持续向环境友好型发展;未来广东省新能源汽车产业政策应加大对产品的生产、补贴和技术创新等领域的关注,同时加强优化能源结构的政策配套.
The index system was constructed based on DPSIR(Driver-Pressure-State-Impact-Response)model,and the high-quality development assessment of new energy vehicle industry policy in Guangdong Province was carried out by using entropy weight method and comprehensive index evaluation method.The results showed that in DPSIR model,"driving forces"factor contributed the most to the high-quality development of the industry,and the key contents of product production,promotion and application concerned by the new energy vehicle industry policy in Guangdong Province were consistent with it.From 2016 to 2020,the comprehensive index of high-quality development of the new energy automobile industry in Guangdong Province increased from 0.211 7 to 0.713 2,and the characterization status increased from the"deviation"level to the"good"level.The implementation of policies has significantly promoted the continuous development of the industry towards an environment-friendly manner.In the future,the new energy vehicle industry policy of Guangdong Province should pay more attention to the fields of product production,subsidies and technological innovation,and at the same time strengthen the policy support for optimizing the energy structure.
