摘要
河岸植被缓冲带的生态功能提升是"十四五"流域水生态环境保护修复的主要工作内容.对我国目前河岸植被缓冲带所面临的主要问题进行剖析,提出了关于河岸植被缓冲带生态功能调控技术的一些思考.河岸植被缓冲带目前面临着一些共性问题,但针对具体的流域或河流的不同区段,亟须解决的问题又有所不同,提出在生态功能调控过程中,应遵循"问题分析、空间布局、范围确定、措施选择、维护管理"的技术思路,本着"尊重自然"的原则,坚持系统治理理念,采取适应不同流域的河岸植被缓冲带生态功能提升技术.
Abstract
The ecological function enhancement of riverbank vegetation buffer zones is a major task for the"14th Five-Year Plan"of watershed ecological protection and restoration.This article analyzes the main issues currently faced by China's riverbank vegetation buffer zones and puts forward some considerations for the ecological function regulation techniques of these zones.There are some common problems encountered by riverbank vegetation buffer zones,however,the urgent issues to be addressed vary for specific watersheds or different sections of rivers.Therefore,in the process of ecological function regulation,it is necessary to follow the technical thinking of"problem analysis,spatial layout,scope determination,measure selection,maintenance management",adhere to the principle of"respecting nature",and persist in the concept of systematic governance,propose ecological function improvement techniques for riverbank vegetation buffer zones suitable for different watersheds.
