四川省规模化生猪养殖场水污染防治调查研究

为了掌握四川省生猪养殖水污染防治及废水处理现状,在充分开展文献调研的基础上,选取四川省21个市(州)的70个生猪养殖大县(市、区)的131个规模化生猪养殖场开展调研,利用调研数据进行分析.研究显示:2011-2021年间,四川省生猪养殖区间为2 193.65万-3 365.58万头,2019年受非洲猪瘟影响,存栏量达到谷值;2021年四川省宜宾、南充、绵阳规模化生猪养殖场较多,阿坝、攀枝花、甘孜较少;2011-2021年间,四川省生猪养殖重心变化不明显,整体呈向东、向南发展趋势;2021年四川省生猪养殖分别产生CODCr、总氮、氨氮、总磷312.02万,29.10万,3.90万,4.48万t.现场调研发现,四川省生猪养殖场主要采用水泡粪清粪工艺,废水产生量夏季高于冬季,原水中主要污染物CODCr、氨氮、总磷、总氮最高浓度分别可达47 600,3 280,1 610,4 170 mg/L,废水经物理、生物、物化、生态工艺组合处理后,主要作为液肥或水资源还田,全省仅2家养殖场废水采用间接排放,其余养殖场处理后的废水均还田利用.四川省生猪养殖水污染防治情况总体较好,处理后的废水以还田利用为主,废水深度处理和排放仍处于探索阶段.
In order to understand the present situation of water pollution prevention and wastewater treatment of pig breeding in Sichuan,on the basis of full literature research,131 large-scale pig farms in 70 pig breeding counties in 21 cities in Sichuan Province were selected to carry out research,and the research data were used for analysis.During 2011-2021,the range of pig breeding stock in Sichuan was between 21.936 5 to 33.655 8 million.In 2019,affected by African swine fever,the stock reached the lowest.In 2021,Yibin,Nanchong and Mianyang cities had the most large-scale pig farms,while Aba,Panzhihua and Ganzi cities had the least.During 2011-2021,the center of gravity of pig breeding in Sichuan did not change significantly,and the overall development trend was to the east and south.In 2021,3.120 2 million tons of CODCr,0.291 0 million tons of total nitrogen,39 000 tons of ammonia nitrogen and 44 800 tons of total phosphorus were produced by pig breeding in Sichuan.According to the field investigation,faeces-in-water was mainly used for manure cleaning by large-scale pig breeding in Sichuan.The output of wastewater was higher in summer than in winter.The maximum concentrations of CODCr,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and total nitrogen in raw water can reach 47 600 mg/L,3 280 mg/L,1 610 mg/L and 4 170 mg/L respectively.After the combined treatment of physical,biological,physicochemical and ecological processes,the wastewater was mainly returned to the field as liquid fertilizer or water resources.The wastewater from only two farms in the province was discharged indirectly,and the treated wastewater from other farms was returned to the field for use.The prevention and control of water pollution in pig breeding in Sichuan is generally good,and the treated wastewater is mainly returned to the field,and the advanced treatment and discharge of wastewater are stillin the exploratory stage.
