In the context of implementing the new development philosophy and aiming for the"emission peak"and"carbon neutrality"targets,it is necessary to coordinate the development of offshore wind power and oil fields, forming a complementary power supply mode between the regional power system of oil and gas fields and offshore wind power. The current situation of offshore wind power development was studied, and the integration of offshore wind power and offshore oil and gas field development was discussed using the example of four 8 500 MW wind turbines planned to be connected to an oil field. The key points that need to be considered in the development of the integrated model, such as the overview of wind energy in the sea area and principles of wind turbine layout, were analyzed.By calculating the replacement of an equivalent amount of self-generated power with wind power generation,an average annual reduction of about 10.51 x 104t carbon emissions can be achieved.Up to 4 201 x 104 m3of gas can be saved annually. Finally,a perspective on the integration of offshore wind power and offshore oil and gas field development was provided.
