污泥低温干化冷凝废水处理技术研究及设计案例

污泥干化是污泥热解、焚烧处理过程中的重要环节,其干化过程中产生的废水为冷凝废水.该废水具有总氮高、氨氮高、碱度低、碳氮比低等特点,专门研究该类废水的成果较少.冷凝废水的污染物成分与城镇污水成分相近,不同工况条件下的污泥干化冷凝废水处理工艺不尽相同,建议优先考虑低成本的活性污泥处理法.以四川某污泥低温干化冷凝废水项目为例,详细分析200 t/d污泥干化项目配套建设200 m3/d污水处理系统的处理工艺、各单元设计、建设投资以及运营成本.
Sludge drying is an important link in the process of sludge pyrolysis and incineration,and the wastewater generated in the process of drying is condensed wastewater,which has the characteristics of high total nitrogen,high ammonia nitrogen,low alkalinity and low carbon-nitrogen ratio.There are few achievements in research on this type of wastewater.The pollutant composition of condensed wastewater is similar to urban sewage,the treatment processes of condensation wastewater under different operating conditions vary,it is recommended to prioritize low-cost activated sludge treatment method.This article takes a low-temperature-drying condensation wastewater project in Sichuan Province as an example,and analyzes in detail the treatment process,sewage unit design,construction investment,and operating costs of the 200 m3/d sewage treatment system which built for the 200 t/d sludge drying project.
