In order to ensure the stable operation of the pipeline and the safety and health of urban water body and ecology, the simulation analysis is carried out for the migration and transformation effect of pollutants in the municipal water supply and drainage pipeline. The simulation device of water supply and drainage pipeline is designed. The urban sewage is taken as the influent of the simulation pipeline device.Under the set experimental conditions, the water and mud samples are extracted by the set sampling method, and the corresponding determination methods are used to monitor the indicators of organic pollutants, nitrogen pollutants and phosphorus pollutants. The results showed that the contents of TCOD and SCOD in the pipeline sewage decreased by 22.96%and 27.00%respectively after 15 hours of circulating flow, while the contents of TCOD in the sediment increased by 18.70%after 70 days of circulating flow and stabilization compared with the initial stage of stabilization. The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants in the pipeline sediment were the highest in the inner wall of the pipeline confluence area, and lowest in the post-confluence area, and under the condition of constant flow rate of the trunk pipe and increasing flow rate of the branch pipe, the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in the pre-confluence area and the inner wall of confluence area increased, while the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in the post-confluence area decreased.
