A rapid monitoring method plays a more and more important supporting role in the environmental emergency monitoring.In this study,portable ultraviolet oil-measuring method was used to determine the petroleum in surface water of sudden environmental events.The detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method were determined.Compared with the laboratory standard method,the results showed that the detection limit was 0.008 mg/L,the precision ranged from 0.40％to 4.76％,the determination result of standard sample was accurate,and the recovery rate of standard sample ranged from 90％to 104％,the relative deviation from the standard laboratory analysis method was of 6.7％.This method is more convenient,rapid,time-saving,data timeliness,timely disposal of water environmental emergencies to provide technical support.
