在HJ 757-2015《水质铬的测定火焰原子吸收分光光度法》的基础上,对水质中铬的测定方法进行研究.实验一将HJ 757-2015的铬标准曲线中加入的100 g/L的氯化铵溶液,扩展为0,20,40,60,80,100,120,140,160,180,200 g/L的氯化铵溶液,其他的试剂与HJ 757-2015标准相同,通过改变氯化铵溶液的质量浓度,来研究氯化铵对铬的测定的影响.实验二选择某一浓度的有证标准样品,加入与上述曲线同步的试剂,仅改变氯化铵溶液的浓度,配制成几组相同质量浓度的标准样品,通过不同氯化铵浓度配制的铬标准曲线测定不同氯化铵浓度配制的铬标准样品,来判断氯化铵的最适宜质量浓度.
On the basis of the standard HJ 757-2015"Water quality-Determination of chromium in-Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry"(hereinafter referred to as the"Ministry of Environmental Protection standard"),some research on the determination method of chromium in water quality is conducted.Experiment 1:The 100g/L ammonium chloride solution added to the chromium standard curve of the"Ministry of Environmental Protection standard"was expanded to 0,20,40,60,80,100,120,140,160,180 and 200 g/L ammonium chloride solutions.Other reagents were the same as the"Ministry of Environmental Protection standard".The effect of ammonium chloride on the determination of chromium was studied by changing the mass concentration of the ammonium chloride solution.Experiment 2:Select a certified standard sample of a certain concentration,add reagents synchronized with the above curve,only change the concentration of ammonium chloride solution,and prepare several sets of standard samples with the same mass concentration.Determine the optimal mass concentration of ammonium chloride by measuring chromium standard samples prepared with different ammonium chloride concentrations through chromium standard curves prepared with different ammonium chloride concentrations.
