Through platform spot checks and on-site inspections,the current status of environmental protection independent acceptance for construction projects in Nanjing is analyzed.The main reasons for the existing problems are discussed,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the independent acceptance and supervision work are proposed,including further tightening the main responsibility of the construction unit,further tightening the direct responsibility of third-party organizations,further tightening the regulatory responsibility of the local environmental protection department and optimizing top-level design and other aspects,to provide reference for the Nanjing ecological environment regulatory department to deepen acceptance reform and strengthen post supervision.
