In order to explore the alleviating effect of additives on lipid inhibition in the dry anaerobic digestion system of kitchen waste,this study took ferrous sulfate and calcium chloride as additives,evaluated the process operation of the anaerobic digestion system of lipid-containing kitchen waste after the addition of the additives,and then analyzed the gas production,methane volume fraction,pH value,FOS/TAC ratio and the concentration of volatile organic acids in the anaerobic digestion system of lipid-containing kitchen waste.The results showed that both ferrous sulfate and calcium chloride could alleviate the inhibition of lipid on dry anaerobic fermentation,wherein the alleviating effect of ferrous sulfate was better.
