水泥窑协同处置生活垃圾焚烧飞灰水洗脱氯技术研究

垃圾焚烧技术因其具有减容、减量、无害化程度高的优势,已成为生活垃圾的主流处理技术之一.但焚烧过程中产生的飞灰含有重金属和二英等有毒有害物质,属于危险废物,需进行无害化处置.近年来,水泥窑协同处置技术成为飞灰资源化处置的热点,但飞灰中富含的氯盐在处理过程会产生危害,需进行脱氯处理.对生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的特性、水洗脱氯处理工艺的流程和局限性进行总结,以期为垃圾焚烧飞灰的资源化处置提供参考.
Garbage incineration technology has become one of the mainstream treatment technologies for household waste due to its advantages of reducing capacity,reducing quantity,and achieving high levels of harmless treatment.The fly ash generated during the incineration process contains toxic and harmful substances such as heavy metals and dioxins,classified as hazardous waste and require harmless disposal.In recent years,the collaborative disposal technology of cement kilns has become a hot topic in the resource utilization of fly ash.However,the chloride salts rich in fly ash can be hazardous in the treatment process and require dechlorination treatment.Summarize the characteristics of household waste incineration fly ash,the process and limitations of water washing and dechlorination treatment,in order to provide reference for the resource utilization and disposal of waste incineration fly ash.
