Due to the widespread use of the broad-spectrum antibiotic tetracycline(TC),its residues in aquatic environments have caused serious health problems. The S-53 material was prepared by calcination of MIL-53(Fe)with sublimed sulfur in a tube furnace, and H2O2 was activated under visible light to treat TC containing wastewater. The results showed that the degradation rate of TC by this catalyst reached 81.0%after 20 min.
