Water quality in the Kouhe River has not been able to consistently meet standards in recent years, total phosphorus is as one of the main pollutants in this water body,so it is very important to evaluate the effect of non-point source pollution control methods. The SWAT model was established, the parameters of the model were calibrated and verified by using the measured runoff water quality data, and the calibrated model is used to simulate the emission reduction effects of multiple regulatory measures. The results showed that the total phosphorus reduction rate of formula fertilization was 28.54%,the total phosphorus reduction rate of setting buffer zone was 43.25%,and the total phosphorus reduction rate of stubble mulching tillage was 41.76%,all measures can effectively reduce the amount of non-point source total phosphorus into the river.
