摘要

国内餐厨垃圾油脂含量高、有机质含量大,具有较高的资源化利用价值.目前市场上较为成熟的餐厨预处理工艺为制浆提取有机物,并进行油脂提取,制浆多采用机械制浆.近些年,水力制浆工艺也在不断发展,为项目建设提供了多种工艺选择.考虑各地餐厨垃圾的特点及工艺对餐厨垃圾的适应性,应选择适应不同餐厨垃圾特点的处理工艺.对比机械制浆与水力制浆两种制浆工艺的特点,以进一步探索不同工艺对餐厨垃圾的适应性.

Abstract

Domestic food waste has the characteristics of high oil content and high organic matter content,so it has high value in recycle.Pulping is the mature technology in food waste treatment,which can separate organic matter and oil from food waste,of which mechanical pulping is popular.In recent years,with the development of hydraulic pulping,there is another process to chose for food waste projects.The treatment process should to be selected based on the characteristics of food waste in different regions.The characteristics of the above two pulping processes were compared to further explore the adaptability of different processes for food waste.
