At present,China's high-quality development is constantly advancing,some chemical industry enterprises are facing vacancy and relocation,how to do a good job in soil pollution status investigation,reasonable planning of follow-up development and construction,prevention and control of soil pollution caused by harm to people's health has become the key.Taking a new science and technology innovation industrial park in Guangzhou as the background,this paper collects and analyzes the soil and groundwater samples of the environment in the project land through site survey,identification and judgment of the current situation within the land use range,identification and judgment of the possibility of pollution caused by the history of the land use and the current situation activities to the land use environment,analysis of pollution sources and pollution routes,etc.,and the investigation unit carefully compares the test data,and conducts an analysis based on the relevant data of the land use.It provides strong technical support for its governance work and provides certain reference value for similar projects.
