摘要
研发实验室的污染物排放对周边环境空气和人群生活产生了一定的不利影响,因此其污染排放控制越来越受到重视.从污染物种类、污染物排放标准、废气收集处理、生物安全等方面,分析和探讨了研发实验室建设项目环境影响评价中需要关注的若干问题,为研发实验室开展环保工作和环评管理提供参考.
Abstract
The pollutants emission of research and development(R&D)laboratory will cause certain adverse effects on the surrounding environment air and people's life,so the pollution emission control has attracted more and more attention.From the aspects of pollutant types,pollutant emission standards,waste gas collection and treatment,biosafety,etc.,the issues needing attention in the environmental impact assessment(EIA)of R&D laboratory construction projects are analyzed and discussed,so as to provide reference for the environmental protection work and EIA management of R&D laboratory.
