基于新型研发机构的生态环境科技成果转化模式研究

摘要
对于产业升级、区域经济发展而言,新型研发机构的科技成果转化模式有着不可忽视的推动作用,其是直接决定产业、企业创新能力与经济发展的根本力量.针对新型研发机构生态环境科技成果转化模型进行探究,在界定新型研发机构概念的同时,探究新型研发机构科技成果转化背景下的生态环境科技成果转化三维模型,并从转化三维模型使命、结构、行动维度入手,探究全新转化模式的具体策略,以供生态环境研发机构借鉴、参考,继而推动研发机构快速转型,提升科技成果转化效率,为产业、社会经济发展提供有效推动力.
Abstract
For industrial upgrading and regional economic development,the transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements of new-type R&D institutions plays an important role,it is the fundamental power that directly determines innovation ability of industry and enterprise and economic development.The transformation model of eco-environmental scientific and technological achievements of new-type R&D institutions is studied,and the concept of new-type R&D institutions is defined,a three-dimensional model for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of ecological environment in the context of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of new-type R&D institutions is studied.And from the transformation of the three-dimensional model mission,structure,action dimensions to explore the specific strategies of the new transformation model for providing reference for the R&D Institutes of eco-environment,and then promote the rapid transformation of R&D Institutes,improve the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and provide effective impetus for the development of industry and social economy.
